Transformers Revolution (2000)
Way back in 2000 I finally got my hands on a powerful (yet buggy) piece of freeware, Real FX. A 3D program under open code development that allowed for some pretty results for the aspiring professional at the time. Real FX finally introduced me to an almost friendly introduction to character rigging, and so I practiced these new found skills on the said 3D program and came up with this, albeit rough and jaded piece of work. I'm still proud of it to some extent as it shows where I began, where I went wrong and how I have improved since those days. I now use, as many of you know, Cinema 4D for more polished work and I am currently working on a cleaner, much more professional looking adaptation of this animation.
